Sliding Fee Discount Program

We offer a sliding fee discount program with fees based on income and family size. Those who are experiencing homelessness are eligible for a sliding fee discount if income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). 

Those with HIV/AIDS are eligible for a sliding fee discount if income is at or below 300% of the FPL.

NeighborHub Health accepts most types of medical insurance. We will assist you in enrolling in Medicaid or Medicare if you qualify.  As a federally qualified health center for those who are experiencing homelessness, we require that you provide us with information about your housing and household status, and income.
