Ryan White HIV/AIDS Care
As the grantee, NeighborHub Health manages the Ryan White Part C Program by partnering with community providers to deliver the highest quality services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The program facilitates the identification and care of HIV infected individuals by linking outreach, testing, primary care, physician consultation, behavioral health and medical case management services in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.

Caracole, Inc.
Caracole is a Greater Cincinnati’s nonprofit devoted to positively changing lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Caracole’s prevention services promote community health and well-being through HIV testing, PrEP access, harm reduction tools and sexual health education. As a Ryan White Part B provider, Caracole helps individuals living with HIV to access health care through personalized case management and pharmacy services. Caracole also offers people living with HIV permanent supportive housing and short-term housing assistance to prevent homelessness and promote stability and health.

Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center (MATEC)
A Ryan White Part F program, the local performance site of MATEC program provides training, technical assistance and capacity building support to local clinical providers interested in HIV care.

Cincinnati Health Department
Operates 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout the City of Cincinnati and provides Sexually Transmitted Infection screening and limited HIV testing. Patients with positive test results are referred to RW Part C program for care.
